In the second quarter of 2025, the Puzzle RPG category in Germany on the unified platform showed varied performance among the top applications. Here’s a closer look at the trends for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Empires & Puzzles: Match-3 RPG experienced fluctuations in revenue, with peaks reaching approximately $246K in late April and mid-June. Downloads showed a decline towards the end of the quarter, starting at around 3.2K and dropping to just over 3K by the end of June. Active users initially increased, peaking at 65.1K in mid-May, before gradually decreasing to 58.4K.

Puzzles & Chaos: Frozen Castle saw a significant increase in revenue, particularly in late May, reaching roughly $157K. Downloads hit a high of 10.6K in mid-May, while active users climbed steadily, peaking at 66.7K in late June.

Best Fiends - Match 3 Puzzles had a mixed quarter, with revenue peaking at around $78.8K in early June. Downloads fluctuated, with a notable drop to 664 by late June. Active users decreased from 64.9K at the beginning of the quarter to 44.8K by the end.
